When it comes to Mexican cuisine we are very particular. Coming from Texas, we hold it to a very high standard and when that’s not met we’re usually disappointed. Alta Calidad is far from disappointing. The brunch that we had here was in fact, so delicious that we’re still talking about it. The pancakes were quite possibly some of the best we’ve ever had. The chilaquiles, a personal favorite, were made just right with the perfect tomatillo salsa. And the steak and egg taco wowed us with it’s tenderness and flavor. They offer an hour long boozy brunch for $31, an amazing deal that shouldn’t be missed.
