As soon as we entered Win Son we were in Taiwanese heaven. Chef Trigg pulled out all the stops with this brunch and we are forever smitten! Our favorites were the chicken and waffles, they come with a scallion buttermilk waffle people, and the lo rou fan ( pork belly + soft eggs over rice) . Everything was so on point, including the cocktails. They each had their own personal flare and were unlike any other cocktails we've had. For that reason plus more, we get down with Win Son.
