The moment the elevator opens and we stepped into the beautiful interiors of Seabird, it felt like we were transported to a tropical getaway. Especially, with the gloomy weather during our trip (it rained everyday) . This rooftop restaurant is serving up some delicious seafood dishes inspired by Portuguese and Spanish influences. We ate off their Flying Lunch menu, which is quite small with only 6 items, but really enjoyed it. The Harissa Spiced Rice and Spanish tortilla came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint. The cocktails were also unique with exotic flavors and came in fun tiki cups.
