On the corner of Canal and Ludlow in the Lower East Side sits Brigitte, a French-Brazilian restaurant that is beautifully designed. This French brassiere hits all the notes with delicious brunch items like the Hen & Waffles with Chili Maple Syrup, a Brigitte spin on chicken and waffles. We found ourselves basking in the beautiful sunlight coming from the floor to coming windows. This pocket of LES has still managed to stay cool despite all the changes to the neighborhood and now that Brigitte has arrived we have more reasons to visit.
